There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all online group classes and online lessons. 

 

Alexander Technique with Erin Huang reserves the right to cancel classes as necessary, at which time a full refund will be issued. I will do my best to notify students of a class cancellation at least two days before the class date.

 

Single Class: You may cancel class up to 24 hours before the class to receive a full refund. Cancellation within the 24 hours prior to the lesson start time, you will be charged in full for the appointment. Payment is due before your next appointment. Late cancellations due to unforeseen medical emergencies may receive a credit to reschedule at a later date and is subject to approval by the instructor. Credit must be used within 60 days. 

 

Class Bundles: Online group class bundle is valid for 3 months. Any cancellation will only receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used during the duration of the length that the bundle is valid for. 

 

No Shows: If you missed a class without cancellation or advanced notice, any credits/ payments used towards that class or lesson will be forfeited. There will be NO refund.

 

Monthly Group Class Pass and Lesson Bundles: If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fees you paid for the current or prior billing periods.

 

Example: monthly subscription cancellation

If we process a monthly subscription’s cancellation on June 7th, you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until July 6th (30 days) and there will not be a refund of any part of the monthly subscription fee. You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after your current billing cycle ends.
